From today, Monday 22nd February, 2021, the City of Kraków are reopening their residents service points (Punkt Obsługi Mieszkańców) within the shopping galleries at Bonarka, Serenada and Galeria Bronowice
The resident service points, provide limited services, including registration of business activity, matters related to vehicle registration – purchase or sale of a vehicle, de-registration of the vehicle, issuing duplicates of the registration certificate and registration plates; collection of registration certificates, data changes etc.
Strict sanitary rules will apply at the service points, which will operate Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, by appointment.
