The 65th edition of the Kraków Film Festival (Krakowski Festiwal Filmowy) KFF, Poland’s oldest film festival dedicated to documentary, short, and animated films is currently taking place, until 1st June 2025.
All films will be presented with English subtitles (if not in English language).
The festival showcases four main competitions:

A new addition this year is the “Focus on Ireland” section, presenting seven documentaries, including those about artists and women fighting for freedom in a socio-political context.
The festival is recognized by the Academy Awards®, European Film Awards, and BAFTA Awards, serving as a qualifying event in short film and feature-length documentary categories.
Screenings will be held at various venues, including Kino Kijów, Kino Pod Baranami, and Małopolska Garden of Arts. An online edition will be available from May 30 to June 15 on the KFF VOD platform.
Tickets and passes are now available for purchase.
