On Friday 22nd September, passengers will enjoy free travel on all MPK city and agglomeration bus and tram routes, as part of European Car Free Travel Day.
This applies to all passengers, not just those in possession of a car registration document, unlike in previous years car free days and when the smog travel concessions are triggered.
To prevent passengers inadvertently buying or validating a ticket they don’t need, the ticket validation machines will be blocked and mobile apps will display a message reminding users they don’t need a ticket.
