Our History
Hotel Saski Krakow Curio Collection by Hilton was originally the place for a monastery and church.

In 1801 a Polish merchant of Hungarian descent – Maciej Knotz, bought and integrated a couple of neighbouring tenement houses along Sławkowska, Św. Tomasza and Św. Jana Streets, where he created the biggest and most contemporary hotel in Kraków at the time.

The first hotel was established in 1818 and later on extended to its current capacity.

Since the early 19th century Saski hosted the artistic elite. Famous composers such as Franz Liszt and Johannes Brahms performed here back in the day and attracted a broad audience. Today, the same breathtaking ballroom has been restored with the original wall frescos. Almost every resident of Krakow knows this hotel and has their own memories related to the building.

Regale Bar & Restaurant

Regale restaurant, the world’s first, is an authentic Polish restaurant and bar with a modern, international twist.  The dishes are prepared from the highest quality local ingredients and served with innovative accents by one of the best chefs in Krakow.

The Regale serves drinks, cocktails, an extensive wine list as well as local and homemade liqueurs and vodkas. A specially prepared trolley serving cocktails at the table every evening creates a truly unique atmosphere.

Regale Bar & Restaurant, located within the legendary Hotel Saski Kraków Curio Collection by Hilton right in the heart of Kraków is the first prestigious restaurant under this brand in the world. Regale offers a unique, top quality culinary experience in an exclusive atmosphere. The luxurious, but cozy and intimate tone is set by a palette of royal colours: green, gold, and pink.

The design elements inspired by musical motifs refer to the rich musical and cultural traditions of the property.  With the highest quality products sourced from trusted local suppliers, the restaurant serves traditional, Polish cuisine with a modern twist, perfectly combining tradition with the latest culinary trends. The menu is carefully crafted by one of the top chefs in Kraków – Roman Pawlik.

Saski Spa
Saski SPA is a place where our guests will find peace and be able to relax during selected treatments. Hotel Saski has a swimming pool and a dry and steam sauna. We have a very well-equipped gym available 24 hours a day.
