Fit Happens – Personal Training Studio
Fit Happens is a cozy, expat-friendly personal training studio, located in Kraków’s Podgórze.
All of our trainers speak fluent english, boasting over 10 years of experience helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their goals related to strength, body composition, weight loss and fitness in general.
We’ve successfully worked with people between 8 and 70 years of age, helping them alleviate problems such as:
- structural joint pain (back, knee, hip, shoulder, wrist, elbow, neck – you name it)
- mobility (have you ever had problems tying your own shoes? Or maybe you dream of achieving a full split? Or maybe your sport requires greater shoulder mobility?)
- stability (more confidence on the basketball court, in a jiu jitsu fight, as well as playing with your grandchildren)
- stubborn belly rolls 🙂
- muscle groups that just don’t seem to respond to any training method,
…and many more.
What are the advantages of a personal training gym?
- It’s personal. You’re assigned a trainer that accompanies you through every single repetition of every exercise you do. You’re training program is prepared and modified according to your goal and current state of your body and mind. We also play the music of your choosing.
- It’s intimate. There are only up to 4 personal trainings happening at once, no “open-gym” option, so we fully control who trains alongside you – and you’re probably friend with that person 🙂
- It’s well equipped. We use olympic-level equipment, that’s enriched with new devices every year, with consideration of our trainees’ needs. You started climbing? We buy a hangboard, bo address your needs better. You’re training pole dance? We actually DO have a pole and a trainer experienced in that as well.
- We care. We constantly learn new techniques and approaches, and widen our perspective to accommodate your needs as well as we possibly can – and if, for some reason, we’re still not enough – we help you find someone who is (like a clinical nutritionist, orthopedist, physiotherapist, etc)
Our prices include gym entry, training, with free coffee/tea/water/towels/shower facilities.
What is a session?
Normally the session lasts 1 hour and a warmup which we teach the trainee during the first couple of sessions and encourage them to do BEFORE the actual session, on their own.
Later it’s slightly modified if any new circumstances arise, but generally stays similar. Warmup is 15-20mins, so total duration of a training session is about 75-80mins
