The hotel is centrally located, with lots of walkable sites and the staff was pleasant.

  Historical hotel in the city center  - We had a 2 night stay in the hotel in a 2 room apt. that was sold as a double room so that was a first surprise (great value for... read more money). There was no A/C at the room but old walls kept the room in a nice temperature. The equipment was basic but enough for a short stay. Breakfast is selected from a limited list of suggestions, it was tasty, but it is strange that some elements (like fresh juice) had to be paid extra. With longer stays, limited choice may be monotonous. The location of the hotel is amazing, right on the main city market with an easy access to most of tourists attractions.

I have initially booked a single room but I was able to upgrade to bigger brighter room which was a good choice. It might be pricey for the town such as Tarnow but the service and food is great and worth it.
If only that town tower bell could stop ringing every hour it would be also relaxing to stay there.

The room was a quirky layout but... read more was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was extremely generous. There wasn't a buffet so we ordered off the menu. It consisted of a continental plate with cheese, ham, cucumber, tomato, bread and yogurt in addition to the omelettes we ordered. There was way too much food!

For that is what it is in a family run venture where the staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. This isn’t a fancy place at all and you are made to feel very at home and welcome, a feeling we also had as residents on the previous occasion. So kick back, kick your shoes off and enjoy!
On this unseasonably warm September night I sat outside with a lively weekend crowd for a late supper of goulash soup and apple cake. Everything seemed carefully prepared and there were freshly baked rolls, unfortunately covered in sesame seeds to which I’m allergic but the thought was there and it just goes to show that they attend to detail even at close of business (it was 10pm) and an alternative was quickly found.
