Networking meetup: for the Love of Food

8th December 2016 @ 18:30 - 21:00

Join us for the 3rd networking meetup to discuss a topic that affects us all. Food fuels us, connects us, creates community, and provides one of life’s greatest pleasure. But there are so many social and ecological impacts that our food choices affect beyond just our plates.

The evening will consist of great discussion and food for thought, with presentations by people involved in food initiatives in Krakow. We invite other organizations to join us! Please help us add to the conversation (contact us at collaboratekrakow@gmail.com)

18:30 : Dinner & Networking : Potluck style (food to share)

19:00: Introductions by Collaborate Krakow & You

19:15 – 8:15 Presentations by:

-The wonderful Joanna (Joanna tworzy) ambasada host who will talk about her vegan cooking workshops and some tips for shopping in Krakow

-We will also hear from FairTrade Poland and their mission to inform consumers

-& How Foodsharing wants to save the millions of tons of food waste in Poland

8:30 : Discussion – Of course we cannot cover all food topics in one meeting! Let’s close by having a open discussion about what is important to you, and what you would like to see, what do you want to know, or what project would you like to lead?.

Hope to see you there!
