Kraków Water Tram is back for it’s 10th season

The Kraków Water Tram (Krakowski Tramwaj Wodny) returned to the Wisła, at the start of May, for it’s 10th season.

The water tram will operate until 30th September between the Dąbie Sluice and Tyniec together with a shorter city centre route between Galeria Kazimierz/Kotlarski Bridge and Wawel-Salwator, as well as a sightseeing cruise in the Tyniec area.

The water tram boats carry up to 12 passengers, on 5 different routes, along 10km of the river and will operate every day between 1000 and 1845 from 1st May until the end of September.

Keep in mind that in the event of adverse river or weather conditions cruises may be temporarily suspended – call +48 608 496 800 to check.

Bikes can be carried for 10zł, a handy option if for any reason you can’t or don’t want to cycle both ways to Tyniec & back.

Water Tram Routes

The yellow routes operate between the city and Tyniec, whilst the black routes operate along the river within the city.  Please note the Tyniec sightseeing route starts and ends at Tyniec, (see the orange circular route on the map below) it is not a cruise to/from Tyniec.
