‘From the outside, looking in’

Kraków Photomonth Festival launches tonight, at 6pm, with the Grand Opening at the ‘Things: The Object in Polish Photography’ exhibition, Starmach Gallery, ul. Węgierska 5, Podgórze.

The theme for Photomonth 2017 is ‘From the outside, looking in’  and is curated this year by Gordon MacDonald, a  Scottish curator, artist, writer and publisher, based in Brighton.

Since 2001 Kraków Photomonth has grown from humble beginnings to one of the main photo festivals in Europe.  The Main Programme consists of exhibitions, meetings, workshops and other accompanying events, together with Show Off , Portfolio review, master series, parties and more.
